Deluxe room spacious and modern, air-conditioning working well, big fridge in the room. Staff always very positive and willing to help, e.g. we took a late night train from HCMC and had a possibility to take a shower in hotel spa even if we had checked out already. Interesting neighbourhood in district 3, possible to walk to main sights in district 1 or take a taxi which is inexpensive. Very good value for money.
No safety deposit in the room.

The spa facilities were very good.
The smell of cigarette smoke is sickening - I had to ask for another room after 2 hours. I could not stop sneezing, my eyes were running. The staff were very apologetic and moved rooms which was better but the whole hotel reeks of smoke. At breakfast the coffee shop will have 75% of patrons smoking. I moved hotels as I wanted to stay in Saigon for 8-10 days. If you don't smoke find another hotel and if you smoke you won't need as many cigarettes. Shame as the hotel and staff except for this is quite good.
